NC Legislation was enacted to provide basic rider training, at a reduced rate, through the NC Motorcycle Safety Education Program, NC MSEP. You can find ALL NC MSEP Locations (Community College) by checking THIS LINK: https://ncmsep.org/sites/ You can also find certified training programs at dealerships across the state. You don't need to purchase a motorcycle to participate in those programs. Choices vary as much as Motorcycles, ranging from Honda to BMW to Harley Dealerships.
